    We pair you with a small, consistent team of carers suited to your needs.

  4. Intro & Start of Care
    You’ll meet your carers and begin visits at a time that works for you.

  5. Ongoing Reviews
    We regularly review your care to make sure everything stays just right.

Matching With a Carer

How we pair you with the right professional.

We don’t believe in “whoever’s available.” We carefully match you with carers based on:

Your care needs (e.g. dementia, mobility, companionship)

Your preferences (e.g. gender, language, schedule)

Personality fit — because trust and comfort matter

You’ll have the opportunity to meet your main carer(s) before visits begin. Our goal is consistency, familiarity, and trust.
